My name is Jennifer Adelsman, and I’m thrilled to be training our future Soldiers. My background in fitness goes back to high school where I was introduced to powerlifting and placed 2nd in the district. I taught group fitness classes for almost 10 years; everything from hip-hop, slide, Body Pump, step, dynamic strength training, and Zumba. I also taught golf for kids 5-7 years old at Skyhawk Sport Camps. I’ve competed in Figure and Fitness competitions and became a NASM certified Personal Trainer for 5 years. My goal is to help the 3rd and 4th grade studentsdevelop a solid foundation that future sports and activities can benefit from.
