Staff & Faculty

Mrs. Echelberger holds a Masters of Education.  Her teaching certificate is from Concordia University, and she holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Texas. Prior to teaching at Sterling, Sarah served as the Early Childhood Director for 9 years at Gateway Church.  Sarah and her husband, Nate, have four children who all attend Sterling.  Sarah's calm, encouraging nature makes her a perfect fit for second grade.
