Mrs. Taggart is a graduate of Texas A&M University and North Texas State with over 40 years in education. She retired from public education in 2017 and began teaching science at Sterling in the fall of 2017. After writing the science curriculum and teaching science for 4 years she was appointed Dean of Logic.
Mrs. Taggart is passionate about partnering with parents in the classical education model. She has 3 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson. Mrs. Taggart is a life-long learner and continues to take classes at the university level. Her hobbies are hiking, birdwatching, swimming and playing video games with her grandchildren and her husband of 47 years.
